The Origin and Vision of Hind Rashtra
Hind Rashtra is presented as a global concept for the brighter future of humanity. Its foundation is the development of human consciousness and the expression of that consciousness through friendship, compassion, peace and selfless love.
The concept emphasizes that meaningful development begins with the individual. Consciousness development is required at the individual, society, and global levels. Literacy alone does not necessarily create character; ethical conduct, spiritual values, selfless service, and inner self-development are the true foundations of civilization.

Maharshi Gaj Arvind
In this continuously flowing stream of life, many personalities have greatly influenced the world in multiple ways. There are a few who have gifted the mankind with a new dimension to life. Such people's love towards the humanity knows no bounds. Maharshi Gaj Arvind is one such personality who has dedicated himself to serve the humanity with unconditional love.
He has conceptualized the program for Nation Development through Self Development. To fulfil this vision, he has founded Maharshi Arvind Foundation and Ethnic Science Foundation to disseminate the knowledge of inner development for peace and outer development for prosperity. He aims at establishing peace, love and prosperity for all by uplifting the quality of individual as well as collective consciousness.
Maharshi was born in a farmer family on 1st September 1960 at Takli in Wardha district in the state of Maharashtra, India. His parents, Smt. Anjanabai and Shri Shyamrao Savarkar named him Gajanan. He completed his education till 9th standard.
In 1967, at the age of six, he had a divine vision of Adishakti (Primordial power) in the prayer room of his house. He received the guidance and inspiration about Universal Harmony from Adishakti. He undertook challenging spiritual endeavors for self-development to prepare himself for the fulfilment of this divine vision of Universal Harmony. Under the guidance and direction of Sona mata, his first Guru, Shri Sanchareshwar Maharaj and a few other Sadgurus, he reached the state of realization of the truth.
For the resurrection of humanity, Maharshi continues to inspire people to set themselves as inspiration through their behaviour in accordance with the righteous way of living by demonstrating higher human values such as love, forgiveness compassion, benevolence and so on in their actions.
Educational & Developmental Initiatives:
- Introduced knowledge of Bhutshuddhikriya (five element purification process) in 1976
- Introduced knowledge of Gurukriya (Awareness development process) in 1977
- Establishment of Maharishi Publications in 1986
- Conceptualization of Path of Divine Life (PDL) Self Knowledge program in 1994
- Introduced Siddha Krishi knowledge in 1994 for nature sciences based agricultural productivity
- Nature Oriented Education for personality refinement started in 1995
- Established Ethnic Creations in 1995
- Introduced Multisiddha Medisciences in 1996 for sustainable and affordable healthcare
- In 2011, chose Sri Lanka to be the model nation of peace and prosperity
- In 2015, started the concept of World Humanity Day
- Established PDL Institute and HTSR (Higher Technology Sciences & Research) institutes in 2021
Srimati Avantika A Savarkar
Srimati Avantika Ji was born to Smt. Rekha and Shri Prabhakar Krishna Tikhe on 29th March 1985 in Amravati district, Maharashtra state, India. She completed her graduation in Biotech. She grew up in a middle-class family and imbibed the cultural values that motivated her to pursue education to achieve higher purpose of life.
For the noble purpose of universal welfare, she got married with Maharshi Gaj Arvind on 16th March 2010. She has dedicated her life towards the realization of Hind Rashtra whose basic purpose is the development of collective human consciousness. She is relentlessly engaged in service to humanity along with her studies.
With her robust scientific training in Biotechnology and profound spiritual grounding, she brings a vital analytical perspective to the movement, synthesizing scientific inquiry with timeless spiritual wisdom to lead modern human development initiatives.
